The mask itself was fine, no real complaints there. The frustrating part was the customer service. I emailed a couple times trying to get an update on my order, and it would take days to hear back. The replies were short too, basically like “we’re checking on it” or “it should be on the way soon,” but there wasn’t much actual info or help with tracking. I ended up just waiting and hoping it showed up. Not a terrible experience overall, but the communication definitely could’ve been better.

I was surprised by how realistic it looks. The little details are crazy good, and it feels way more legit than I thought it would.

I’m happy with this mask. It’s held up great so far, and the stitching and little details actually feel well made, not cheap or rushed. Definitely feels like something I’d recommend.

It looks decent on, so that’s nice. The fit was okay at first, but after wearing it for a bit, it started feeling tighter than I’d like. Not a huge deal, I guess, just not exactly comfortable for long wear
